I have all three seasons on DVD.
I would have hoped for blu-ray by now ... but It's not worth waiting.
You can get Season 1 & 2 set for abut $20 and Season 3 for $20 ... the Show is worth watching now!!!

I would love to see it on Blu. That's the only reason I've held off on buying the DVDs. It's one of the few TV shows I would buy, since I don't like most of them.

It's by far the funniest TV show ever!

I would enjoy seeing this on blu-ray. I watched the last season on dvd (season 3 I believe) and thought the pq was ok. It could definitely use the upgrade.

As funny as the show is, I seem to get a headache if I watch to many episodes in a row. I think its cause they're always yelling at each other. At least charlie is anyway

I was watching season 1 on dvd yesterday and the pq was terrible. It's like vhs. I do totally wish that it was on blu though. Plus Charlie is in my avatar.

would the BD even be worth it? the production costs of the show are very low to begin with.

I have all seasons on DVD yet and I must say it's one of the worst quality I've seen ... it's Full Screen and it's just awful....

I'd prefer other shows released on Blu-Ray before this like My Name is Earl, The Office etc...

yeah the first season especially has horrible PQ just because it was shot with bad cameras, it's not a big deal since it's a comedy anyways though. But this won't be coming to Blu Ray any time soon since it won't really benefit too much.

Janell: Charlie?
Dennis Reynolds: Whoa, whoa, whoa. What is going on here? You guys know each other?
Charlie Kelly: Yeah, yeah. That's the crazy ***** that punched me in my eye!
Terrell: Charlie! That's my sister.
Mac: Now just to clarify, when you say sister, you mean...
Terrell: I mean my sister.
Mac: Yes! Okay! This is great! Because earlier you were implying that I was racist because you thought that I was implying that all black people are related. And then it turns out that you people actually are!
[everyone grows silent]
Mac: No, that's not what I meant. Hold on a second. I meant that you two actually are.
Dee Reynolds: Mac? Stop talking.

Dennis: Yeah, I knew the whole time! During the funeral I heard you rustling through the air vents. Did you think you were being sneaky? You were talking at full volume and looking at me through the vent. And I saw you outside my window. You know I can see through them?! I was just getting back at you.
Charlie:: Oh, so Frank. You knew too?
[Frank meekly nods]
Frank: Uh. Uh-hu...
Charlie: Did I see you bang that doll?

I watched it on FX HD and I don't think its even filmed in HD. It has 2 very large black bars on its sides just like "The Shield." The Shield looks a bit better in HD than SD but has the same black bars and plenty of film grain.

Exactly, The first two seasons were filmed with 4:3 Aspect Ratio SD cameras. So I highly doubt this would ever be on Blu-ray

This show is worth watching JUST for Danny DeVito alone, and his tailgating scene where he took shrooms and yells "I'm tripping Balls!" before this show there are so many things you'd think DeVito would never say or do, but after seeing his Rambo impersonation "THEY DREW FIRST BLOOD!" I say they should reboot the franchise without Stallone, and just use Danny, I know I'd pay to see him kill 40 cops in the forest by himself.
