Samsung HT5076 Problem (DLP) - Blu-ray Forum

Ive had my Samsung DLP for a while now, just never thought so much about it since it happens only in very specific scenes of movies.

At times, in a certain movie scene, you can see what looks like white specs or snow like noise in the picture

Movie mode on the Samsung helps the most to diminish it

Anyone have a clue what this can be, what can be the cause

Solved, the contrast was set too high. Didnt even see how simple it was since I never adjusted the default 'movie' setting
