Default HDMI remote control

This is pretty cool. A remote that can control devices from one IR port through HDMI cables!!!!

I know it's an old article, but it's a novel idea...I would definately be interested in this, since therotically you should eventually be able to control the PS3 through HDMI through another device's IR port.

It's all about using the HDMI interface to control everything. If CEs can find a way to standardize these control commands, then everything could be controlled this way.

The better way for me is not using IR. Use Bluetooth.
