Incidentally, Universal are re-releasing several titles on the 20th of February in fat amarays so they can be security tagged in-store, I think that's why Oblivion is currently out of stock at both HMV and amazon.

Not a bad selection. I was satisfied with all 3 PQ wise.

Have only seen Huntsman 1 (passed on Lone and have Huntsman 2 on 3D) and it looks pretty terrific on UHD to me in spite of it being an upscale (not to mention a Universal release).

Heh.

I'm glad I don't care about slips because if I did I would spend a ton of money on it I am sure. Though I do admit I wanted to get the first two Star Trek movies quickly so they would match Beyond on the shelf.

In all seriousness there is that too, the reviews have been pretty solid for all three so I thought 'why not?' while they're going so cheap.

The PQ for Lone Survivor is more than solid. My girlfriend and I commented a few times at how great it was during the movie...and I know you're not into audio, but wow, that was amazing too.

I also just bought Oblivion and Lucy purely for the slip covers. Hoping to watch Oblivion this week. Lucy looked fantastic.

*Picture* (& sound) quality reviews.

The Huntsman movies as films are pretty terrible though. Especially Winter's War.

Yeah, I know they're not high art but I want to see them anyway. And did I mention that they come with lovely slipcovers? I might've mentioned it.

If you watch your slipcover for more than 2 hours, then you've over done it

Watch the movie through the reflection off the slip and not only is the film improved but Kristen Stewart looks hotter.

Lone Survivor is a great movie with great sound, it doesn't matter how good the picture and sound is, all copies of the Huntsman movies should be burned, and while Oblivion's HDR is fantastic, any "4K" disc that soft should be burned too. That counts for the Borne trilogy too. Who wants to have a Universal bonfire?

Is Huntsman really that bad? I collect fantasy and it was on my "buy someday for $5" list.

The first one is beautiful to look at but story and pacing wise, it's a boring film through and through. They got the message for the second one and made it far more action packed, thank god.

It is not. You've been hit by, you've been struck by, some hyperbole.
