I meant to call you a jammy git before, you jammy git.

How are the discs stored in the case? Stacked or on proper hubs and swing trays?

Haha well about time Amazon gave me something for free- I've spent a small fortune with them over the years!

Looks like 2 swing trays- 2 discs on each one = 4 discs total.

Brilliant, cheers mate. Might have to grab that when it gets a bit cheaper and sell off the UK SE, I can't stand the shitty disc hubs in the digipak.

A bit off-topic and nitpicking to some, but that HDR label on the cover is really ugly. It doesn't ruin the cover, but it's definitely distracting. Why not use a sticker? Sony and others don't have it, so why does Warner?

Yeah, between bilingual packaging in Canada, obnoxious rating symbols in the UK and now these dang large HDR boxes for UHDs... I've given up on nice packaging. Luckily for most, it's what inside that counts, although I totally get it for those who care about it because as a designer, I'd hate to have to make such compromises while designing something nice.

Just watched this for the first time in a year or so in 4k. Man o' man, this is one of the best movies.

I know everyone likes different things, but what a load of old rubbish. Marvel Universe fans would find it FAR too slow moving. There's a reason why this film is in so many critics "Top 10" lists and "feeling like it was made for Marvel Universe fans and 20-year-old new-money douche bags" is definitely not one of them.

I think the answer lies somewhere in between.

I really liked 2049 but it was way too long.
I can watch long movies but if it seems unnecessary, then the butt starts to numb.

If I remember, it also has the dreaded false ending.
You think the movie is over but oh no, you still got 40 minutes to go.
Django Unchained was victim of that.

Mine is coming today from Amazon. I too am hoping for slip. Usually if stores have it then so does Amazon, especially for 4k titles. No local Best Buy has this in stock, so that saves me a trip to check if website is accurate.
Fingers crossed for both of us!

I also doubt it would have tanked at the box office had it appealed to Marvel Universe fans. Not sure how large the 20-year-old new-money douche bag market is though.

Cheaper and can't be removed. Whilst a lot of us care about the packaging, adding HDR on the packaging itself is a marketing technique that appeals to consumers. On top of that, printing it is generally cheaper. Not to say that stickers are incredibly expensive, but it's more of a case of "why would I pay a cent extra if I can just avoid it all together?"
