I agree, I want them all as well. I do believe Paramount has the rights, maybe they could strike up a deal for the titles Paramount doesn't see as much value in? I would hate for them to ignore that back catalog and just dump it on a streaming service. I see a bunch on HBOMax right now.

Been wondering about those too!

I thought maybe after Cold War got a Criterion, Peterloo might as well... but nothing yet.... If you're region free, the Region B release of Peterloo is very good and inexpensive with another excellent Leigh commentary track.

I'm guessing Memories of Murder.

I'm hoping for The Human Condition trilogy or a samurai film. Under the Volcano would also be nice, and maybe Buster Scruggs.

Solid choices.

For me, I go with directors. So more John Waters, Sam Peckinpah and Mike Leigh.

Another John Waters release would be aces--I'd love to finally drop the DVD sets I have, but I'm still waiting on FLAMINGOS and DESPERATE LIVING (though all they need to do is release one and I can drop one).

I'm actually surprised they didn't release After Hours at the same time as the Irishman as it would have been a perfect opportunity for a double bill of Scorsese. I just hope it happens soon as that seems to be one of their most requested titles that they apparently have the license for.

Your signature just reminded me that I Heart Huckabees hasn't a BD release anywhere. I think it would be a good candidate for Criterion, but would love if anyone released it. I'm kind of shocked no one has in all this time.

Both of those belong on the label. I really want his later stuff but I feel like those have more of a chance at Shout or Kino or maybe even Olive if they still have skin in the game.

I feel like they don't want to do that all the time. I know they did recently with Bahrani's Chop Shop and Man Push Cart. But it would seem like they're going old ways if they only kept releasing many films in one month of familiar directors.

Maybe Disney-Fox could license it out. But to me, that feels like more Kino if anything. Would love for O Russell's first two films to get a release.
