If he was blind, then wouldn't he "Hear" you typing more?

I don't think you're his butler!

Barnes & Noble

Having a butler or assistant would be very helpful. No more time spent on calculating Barnes and Noble sale prices. The half off thing can be more confusing than calculus.

There's geometry involved now?!

Do we have to find areas under curves too?! Is there calculus?!

Your right on that lol. The pricey cost for the Godzilla collection kindamakes me pause when it comes to getting it but I am going to give in and buy that one for sure

I probably should but I sometimes like to buy movies I haven't seen yet. At worst, if I don't like it I can sell it and make the money back.

Yes! What have you been doing before finding this out? You need 3 PHD’s to figure all this out!

I always thought the Criterion Collection was probably too high brow for me, now it's confirmed with all the calculus talk.

I'm just gonna buy Vinegar Syndrome movies from now on. Oh, and Adam Sandlers movies.

Go to the dark side! Get dirty with Vinegar Syndrome!

But all seriousness I don’t know if you’ve checked out Fun City, they’re a partner label with Vinegar Syndrome and release some pretty great movies, like Smile!

Fun City is a more-accessible-for-more-people Criterion.

a good % of their output so far could have easily worn a small C on the cover and been accepted as legit, fantastic choices for that label.

Doh. You're giving me Calculus II flashbacks.

This is purely anecdotal, but I was the only movie geek throughout my upper division college courses. Unless it's discussing the physics of a certain action scene or piecing together a time travel movie, most engineers I knew preferred entertainment that wasn't too demanding.

I'm a terrible engineer btw.

For the calculus equation, do we need to work in the energy required to acquire collection? Specifically, Sandler movies could be an exhausting collection experience as many of Sandler's most recent projects have been presented on Netflix only. One would need to contact one of the MOD/DVR sellers. (Yeah, we know them already. I won't give them a free advertisement in my post.)

What is your take on Local Hero? I've never seen it but it has very positive and from the synopsis, it sounds like something I would like. Was thinking of blind-buying it but I would love to hear some comments from the forum. Thanks!

I love it. I love the deadpan humor. I love the atmosphere. I love the characters. It's like a warm blanket for me.
