Though with Dynamite, it should be noted it made $46 million on a 400k budget, more than a 100x times return, which is staggering. Of course, the DVD just magnified its legendary status, but its theatrical success was kind of atypical compared to a lot of the other films on this your (very well elucidated) list.

Don't forget House Party I'm super stoked for it to come out in November. It has been on my wishlist for years. That's the only confirmed one that is actually coming in November. I know it isn't on your wishlist, but it sure definitely was on mine. I'm a late 90s kid so I love a lot of 90s films so this is super exciting for me, and a number of others on here.

Yeah it's pretty hard to license out music videos as special features on films these days it'll be even more difficult trying to do Blu-Rays of a compilation of music videos.

It's way more likely for a music film like Krush Groove to come out on Blu-Ray than a music video compilation title.

I'm seeing quite a number of discounted Criterion disks on Amazon with additional Amazon "coupons" this week. Many of the disks are currently 50% off on Amazon (matching Walmart's sale, I believe). The coupons add an additional 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, or 10% discount on top of the already discounted price.

It's hard to find Criterions at below 50% off. These are nice bargains. Many of the titles I saw are recent releases from the last couple of years.

Amazon's coupons are regional (there's a surprising number of Amazon regions across the US) so what you see in your region may not be what I see in mine (the Northeast). But it's worth checking them out. No real order to the listings, just need to scroll through. There's a dedicated thread on bluray.com, link below, to find the coupons for each region on a weekly basis. The links for each region change every week.

https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=381865

Coupons are released every Monday, though it can take a day or two for people to find them for most regions--for some reason Amazon makes them obscure, especially for movies. Even though, presumably, these are items they are really trying to sell!

Alright I know I said I wasn't going to guess anything, but I have changed my mind. Here's my guesses besides the two confirmed titles.

House Party 4K plus Blu-Ray
Abbas Kirostami set
Lolita
Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore
New to Blu-Ray Kurosawa titles most likely Stray Dog, and Red Beard
Deliverance rumored to be coming from Criterion I hope it does
The French Connection I just want this confirmed already so people can stop spreading rumors about this film coming from Criterion already. Classic flick that I need in my collection as I haven't seen it in years. Also uncensored too
Captain Blood I think November fits very well for this film plus we've been waiting months for this one me included.
Kenji Misumi Sword Trilogy, or Heartburn considering it has been a huge year for Mike Nichols film I could see it
White Dog maybe I doubt it, but Criterion might want to finally put out this Samuel Fuller title

My list is quite basic obvious, and seems too easy for it to be all of these titles besides the first three. Who knows though besides Lolita, and House Party the rest of these titles are completely up in the air as Criterion has been quite random with their lineups with the exceptions of July, and October most of the year.

I'd mark out hardcore if they released The Turning Point. That would be a massive deal because I believe that would be the first official 20th Century Fox release since Disney bought the library. In general I'd love it for Criterion to recognize Herbert Ross in some way. That guy is one of the unsung heroes of New Hollywood, producing gem after gem for over twenty years. He might not have produced a Citizen Kane type film, but he had a hell of a career. Realistically, I think there's a decent chance for a release of Darling in the near future to coincide with StudioCanal's Region B 4k release (Think Peeping Tom all over again). In summation I wouldn't be shocked if at least a few of these titles aren't released within the next two years. Conservatively I'll guestimate Darling and Spellbound get added back in.

Surely Criterion has Body Heat, Raising Arizona and Wild at Heart, no?

Here are my predictions:

Yi Yi 4K
Pee-wee's Big Adventure 4K
Hud 4K
The French Connection 4K
Throne of Blood 4K
(plus Kiarostami Eclipse set)

With November being one of their big months, it was hard not to include every major title connected to Criterion in there, as well as some films that have an anniversary (like Pee Wee for example). I thought about adding Eyes Wide Shut or Lolita, but I feel EWS may be December. Also you'll notice House Party isn't there. I swear every time a director or actor says a movie is coming a specific month, it ends up being another month. So, I'm leaving it off the list, which pretty much assures it will be announced

Others that I considered

The Gold Rush 4K
Night of the Hunter 4K
Point Blank 4K
The Last Wave 4K
Godzilla Showa Volume 1* 4K (Raids Again, Mothra, Ghidorah)

[Show spoiler]*I'm unsure how Criterion will handle the Godzilla Showa sequels on 4K, if they will at all. Will they just do one big set again, or break it down into volumes?

So many titles have been thrown around lately, so predicting accurately is impossible sometimes. My main hope is that Hud finally gets released, and I feel confident that it will be this year, and it will be November.

Anything that's already had an HD release is a strong contender for refried central.

How long before Dawn of the Discs posts that Pee Wee's Big Adventure is coming to 4K from Criterion?

If you're not a legitimate industry insider with contacts, you can become one by one or both methods:
1. Learn of something very early and post about it on social media before most people learn the news. Take credit for the scoop.
2. Predict something early that seems inevitable and take credit when it's announced.

Not that it really means anything now that they are promos for other peoples' projects, but they did recently post a picture of Kristin Scott Thomas in the closet. But maybe she was there to shoot an interview.
