Fellini's centennial is 2020 (b. 1/20/1920). Wondering if something big is being worked on to celebrate.

Isn’t the clip from The Pianist, not The Grand Budapest Hotel? Also the Fox bluray is lacking in features.

I scrolled back up to check that they were both there, and the middle one magically appeared that wasn't there last time, although not sure what it's from...The Great Escape?

I just imported "La Strada" from the UK, and at least outside of the US, it is indeed StudioCanal. The US rights could be different, I don't know. But I have the StudioCanal, Region B blu ray, and it is from the 4K restoration.

Are there good odds for these titles to see a Criterion release?

I'd be all over Husbands and One From the Heart.

I keep hoping for Criterion and Studiocanal to work out a deal. Been quite a few good Clouzet movies released by SC Quai des Orfčvres, La Prisonničre & Le Corbeau

Plus I would kill for a Criterion Ealing Studio's box set.

For region free collectors if you are not familiar with this film do yourself a favor and get Touchez Pas au Grisbi Amazing film. You will not regret it.

Is a Criterion release of The Great Escape seriously possible?

Rumor no more -- RJ saved from a life of crime being booked into County with a German BD stuffed down his pants. I don't know how that'd go over in prison, but likely not very friendly like

Maybe just in time for the Criterion Flash sale in addition

I don’t know why, but I think they’re gonna announce West Side Story today. Last February was a big month (Night of the Living Dead and The Silence of the Lambs), and with the flash sale, I think they’ll aim to release a big seller. Plus, they’re been doing a LOT of MGM/UA titles recently.
