I buy soundtracks. I am absolutely in love with them. I have a good few of them at home. Blade Runner Vangelis, Batman Begins, The Greatest Showman, Forrest Gump, Spongebob Squarepants The Movie, Superman The Movie 2 CD Version and Wallace & Gromit The Curse of The Wear Rabbit among the list with many others.

Another great set from Intrada/La-La Land, and as a bonus, this time the set arrived without the hub tines smashed and the discs not floating loose. For a change.

Anyway, my Intrada/La-La Land Collection...I don't have many, these suckers cost a penny or two.

I love it when a home video release bundles the CD soundtrack in as a bonus. In a perfect world, that would be the standard.

I think you actually need an entire site similar to this dedicated to such a thing but in this day and age it would be a miracle and you would probably be killed to attempt to create such a thing.

How about a sub forum for Scores & Soundtracks listed under the audio forum? Would that be a better idea?

The moderators/site owners would probably have to consider splitting them up into sections like Movies/Film, TV Shows & Video Games.

Who do we ask first to make this proposal come to fruition?

A sub-forum is certainly palatable and it would open up the site to more traffic directed towards soundtrack reviews, similar to the Blu-Ray reviews, if they wished to go that route and expand the site a bit.

My CD came in today. Can't wait to listen tonight! Fyi if you don't have it the Intrada CD of The Valley of Gwangi soundtrack is spectacular. Jerome Moross is an awesome composer. Now back to the Superman uhd talk

Edit: One quick note...La La Land did a great job packing the cds. Probably the best pack job ever for me.

It looks really nice 80%ish of the time, but has some flaws that really annoyed me.

It's not a world beater. I'm not sure it's possible it ever could be considering how it was shot.

I thought the best part of the movie was the colors. But whenever Christopher Reeve is on screen the Quality of the Picture is outstanding. So, yeah, get the movie.

Clarity wise probably the best

Colour wise the worst.

I gave it 5/10 earlier in the thread. It may look like a great 4k disc but it sure is hell looks like a bad version of Superman.

I have watched this film for over thirty years and this is the worst colour I have seen including the vhs.

I also wondered about how faithful the colors really are, but overall the positives far outweigh the negatives IMO. The theatrical cut isn't even my preferred cut but I'll only watch the UHD from now on.
