There was a button to "add both" to cart. It might have been under details. My cart added this and Mad Max Fury Road 4k. Going to checkout, it added a $5 credit. (cancelled order)

I then tried adding RPO along with another 4k title (Tomb Raider), but the $5 credit did not apply.

So, I'm not sure if it will add the movie automatically by "adding both", or if there is a list of "select 4k titles" that you can choose from.
