If I had to rank them I might put Man of Steel first as well, but they're so different I dislike ranking them. It's like when people compare Alien and Aliens, which are pretty much two completely genres. Man of Steel is this cool gritty sci-fi movie and Superman is this lovely inspirational silver age comic brought to life.

This. I find STM unique in how it transitions genres within the same film. Almost like three different movies in one. It goes from sci-fi to rural coming-of-age story to a fairy tale-ish, fish-out-of-water version of the 1970s as 1950s nostalgic post WWII Americana. A sort of counter argument to the Vietnam War and the Watergate scandal. Whereas MOS kind of leans on Nolan's non-linear structure while embracing chaotic, dark toned 9/11 imagery (especially in the climax). I like them both fairly equally, but Snyder's Superman has a certain "Team America" all out destruction tone deafness that modern CGI allows him to embellish in. But it definitely rises above the wire fighting of Superman II; while cheesy is still fun to watch.

Yes, Genesis was a 1080p Camera and also a really good gaming console.

Was never a big fan of "hold right and press same button over and over" games. That goes for Sonic as well.

Sonic was epic Velvet. My all time fav was Road Rash though. Also really liked Golden Axe and Streets of Rage.

Omg Sega Genesis was the sh*t lol. I still have mine with all my games. Was home for Christmas last year and found it in my mom’s basement so I took it back home with me. Sonic 2 was one of the best RPG games they put out.

Gotta love Streets of Rage though.

Love my Mega Drive. Haven't dusted it off in a while. Sonic 2 was the shiznit. Also kept a bunch of Master System games which I play on the MD with a converter. Added a 50/60Hz switch too, y'all have no idea how ****ing annoying it was to have PAL games that ran slower and were letterboxed vs their NTSC equivalents.

I was in Japan when the first Sonic was released and there were a lot of blown minds in Akihabara.
