? What's wrong with what he said? I don't think he's saying the discussion is stupid or that we should be talking about Second Sight, just that it's sad that the US is still totally screwed by Rubinstein even now that the UK is on the verge of a release. Which it is!

It's cool that some progress has been made -- in that I now get to decide if I'd rather spring for a UHD player or a region free player if I want Second Sight's release. Both seem inevitable for me, but I've had no immediate plans. So with this small progress, we're still in square one purgatory.

I don't know why Rubenstein agreed to an UK only deal, but I am glad DOTD finally gets the release it deserves. 4K scan from the OCN, supervised, color-corrected and approved by the film's DP Michael Gornick.

I remember buying this disc from FYE 4 or 5 years ago for $5 and flipping it on eBay for $30. I kind of wish I kept it, it’s crazy it hasn’t come back in print.

Good blu-rays of Alice Sweet Alice, Torso, C.H.U.D., Children of the Corn, Basket Case, a native 4K UHD of The Evil Dead and that Halloween Complete Collection set.

Seriously though, I wouldn’t necessarily trust Arrow in that department either. They’re tied with Scream for the most egregious use of pointless floating head artwork amongst the blu ray labels. They just have the “prestige” that comes with hiring Graham Humphreys, I guess.
