There is no definitive release of Day. The current releases are either color timed incorrectly, or they are the wrong aspect ratio. Don't even have a 4k remaster, let alone UHD. No UHD for Night, too.

You can order the BD set on Amazon.uk but not the 4k set. Have no idea why. I went ahead and placed an order for the BD set, since my 4k set was cancelled with Base. Guess it's better than nothing, unless I find another option.

You can still pre-order the 4K UHD version from Zavvi, but it's almost $120 after conversion. Unlike Amazon, they don't take away the VAT.

I'm so sorry for anyone who had this happen to them. Stinks.

I half expected this, especially with the insanely cheap shipping at first. So I did a back up order from Diabolik with the intention of selling or trading if I ended up with a double copy from Base.

It hurt spending the money at Diabolik at the time, but I'm glad I did.

I really wonder if I should just wait and hope that a 4K release of this film will come out (especially an extended cut). But after the last generation (blu-ray) and what they released here has me nervous. I'm really torn. Will the ever release a U.S. 4K release or is this our only hope?
