And I think the opening scene and credits are really strong. It's a slick, well edited, efficient example of world building and info dumping. Those first 15 minutes are stellar.

The rest of the movie. . . . well, not so much.

Rubinstein did a 3D conversion of the US cut and I hope that "his" version tanks. What does this have to do with the Euro version?

I believe he means the 3D version was successful in Europe in terms of feedback regarding the conversion.

This article says that the Oct 8 screening in the USA was only the second screening in the world.

Again, I fail to see what this has to do with Argento's (inferior) Euro cut and European screenings, and as far as "wounds" go, we haven't seen much of Rubinstein's version since it's premier in 2013 until now.
