Wish I could help on the group buy but already have them all.
Scalpers buying up the remaining copies of Sleepless in Seattle would be an idiotic move seeing as Sony have released it themselves in other markets.

I agree, and if it took this long to sell out, I doubt they would get their money back.

Why couldn't Zelig, or Eureka, or Cutter's Way be on this list?

Pass.

Yes, I'm guessing these are slow sellers that still have plenty of inventory.

FWIW the criminally underappreciated Rapture from 12/2011 is the oldest in print BD and still has not sold out for some unspeakable reason
To my unending dismay.

A lot of region-free people have probably been gravitating towards the Eureka! release.

yup, I HIGHLY doubt it will ever go over $30 even OOP... maybe if they had bought a couple for $20 back in the last sale, but certainly not now.

The Song of Bernadette is a superb and beautiful film. Very moving and filled with great performances. It won four oscars, including best actress for Jennifer Jones (who richly deserved it, she is phenomenal here) and was nominated in a further eight categories. It also stars Vincent Price in a dramatic role. The PQ is quite good, offering a nice rendition of the moody black and white cinematography. The film's score is a highlight of an already stacked with talent production.

This is a mindblowing bargain at $10 - worth full price in my opinion - and should be on anyone's list interested in participating in the deal.

"Rapture" is one of those I'd never thought to pick up for several years to be honest. But, after hearing a lot of glowing reviews on here, I picked it up during the last sale and loved it. Real unsung gem.

Very disappointed with Technicolor / Cinram.

It has come to our attention that the August titles have been shipped in clear eco-cases -- this is a mistake on the part of our replicators, Technicolor / Cinram, who made this switch without consulting us. Technicolor / Cinram have also recently forced us to manufacture our discs in Mexico, starting this July, when all of our previous releases have been made in the USA. Sadly, there is nothing we can do about the outsourcing of the discs, except by leaving Technicolor, which would be a major headache for us, but the eco-case situation will be fixed. It's too late for August, but starting in September we'll be back to the cases we've been using for the past couple of years. Apologies for any inconvenience.

They sent me a discount code for 10% off each item after I didn't complete an order. I suggest you try that next time.

Yeah, but it's one of the better ones on it!

I'm going in for the low-hanging fruit I've been wanting, and adding American Buffalo. Now... will it count toward the free autographed copy today?...

Yes, as long as you make additional purchases to meet the minimum.

As long as you hit the magic number of damn near $120, you should be good.

Package deal will go live Wednesday, August 17th at 4 PM Eastern.
I'm a big fan of TT's releases of The Disappearance and Violent Saturday FWIW. If like mine you have a voracious appetite for bleak 70s films and canon-expanding noir gems, these two stand out as real gems on the sale list.

How long does this package deal last? Just while supplies do?
