The signed releases are simply the regular BDs but were offered as special promotions by Twilight Time. I believe this was when they were still selling mainly through SAE, as that's where I made most of my purchases.

Generally the offer was that if you bought 5 movies at the list price ($150 total), you received that month's autographed BD as a free extra. I didn't realize how many there had been until this latest discussion, I'm glad to have gotten 4 of them!

Thanks for the info! And thanks to those who mentioned which signed releases they had! I've updated my post, and will continue to update if any more are mentioned.

Somebody used to have a full list of the Autograph promos in their signature (??jayembee maybe), but I think he's changed his signature since then. I send him a PM to see if he still has the file. I could only find a fragment of it for mostly 2011- mid 2014 and there were a ton after that including 2 different signings of U-turn.

They were pretty common promotions for several years -- one every couple months and often monthly. Oliver Stone did a couple (Heaven and Earth and U-Turn), Walter Hill did three maybe (Wild Bill, The Driver and Hard Times). Pat Boone, Malcolm McDowall, Nancy Kwan, Shirley Jones, Earl Holliman, Lou Diamond Phillips did La Bamba (really sad I missed that one), Diane Baker, ?

I know I have a few of them, but never really tried to get them. It was night when it would come up when I had a few months of items accumulated. Maybe over 40 of them total -- and a mandatory Site Crash whenever it would go live for the first year or two.

Audrey Rose
Baby Boom -- 8/2018 may have been one of the last one's
Fright Night 30th Anniversary
Harlock 3D
Murphy's Law
State of Grace

MMM -- sell-out now takes over the Flag from Gun Fury as the latest release date to be sold out and become the first 2018 release to accomplish this

I never saw a below 50 cart on SAE so somewhere b/w Noon and 1pm ET it sold over 50 copies (again if SAE carts are to be believed at all anymore)

My only signed release was Wuthering Heights, but I don't think that one has been mentioned yet.

Che has a signed release. I've actually thought on more than one occasion that it would be great if the OP had a complete list of the signed editions, including information on each signer.

There was an autographed copy of The Driver too.

They used to have a list of them all on the Wikipedia page with the release date of each title, the sold-out date and other useful notes with info such as if it was a 3000 or 5000 run and there was a signed promo, etc. but I just went there now and some numpty has gotten rid of all that useful stuff and it just has the title and release date.

The first few were in conjunction with new releases and were notoriously difficult to get a hold of. Once they moved it away, it became easier. The first one I was able to get was Lalo Schifrin on Che!, I also have Shirley Jones on April Love, Ron Shelton on Under Fire, Diane Baker on Journey To The Centre Of The Earth, and Pamela Franklin on The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie.

I used to have the 10 To Midnight disc with Pancho Kohner and some other guy but I sold it and got the Scream release instead.

Not quite that complete, but the basic release schedule and Jayembee's old Autograph Information (thanks again)

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing

Sheet 1 is mostly about the Clearance Sale
Sheet 2 -- the autograph items with basic information
Sheet 3 -- general TT release information

I almost bought "Peter" three times only because of her, but I'm not a fan of Burton or movies built so much on religion and she appears to be playing a side role anyway, and even with it being her final movie, I don't think I'll buy. I hope you enjoy it though, she was such a beauty.

If I remember correctly, I believe Wikipedia itself removed that information. I think it was in regards to advertising products or some BS.

Right. The Wikipedia police took down the Twilight Time release information on the grounds that it represented an “online catalog.” A similar entry listing all the titles for Criterion Collection release still stands, however. Go figure.

My best guess is that someone held a grudge because they missed out on The Egyptian.

My order from 5/10 includes Whirlpool. No cancellation, or shipping.

The one's I see missing from your list. Not sure if you have them and forgot to add them. Mighty impressive. May have to get an extra copy of U-turna and track Oliver Stone down.
U Turn 2015 09 02 Oliver Stone
10 to Midnight 2016 04 06 Pancho Kohner & John Crowther
Baby Boom 2018 08 08 Charles Shyer (turns out it was the last one)

50 total editions of 46 different films (48 individual releases)
Fright Night and Fright Night 30th
Journey to Center and Journey Remastered
Murphy's Law twice
U-turn twice

Didn't realize Stone actually did 3 like Walter Hill -- Salvador, Heaven and Earth, and U-Turn

Judy Geeson also did 3 -- Brannigan, To Sir With Love, and 10 Rillington Place

And Dorothy McGuire surpasses all of them easily
