Looks like someone tried to grab a whole bunch of free copies. Ugh. This is why we can't have nice things. The number went back up to ten (from two) last time I checked. I got the promo (at 4PM on the dot) with all of the new releases.

Since there isn't even a decent DVD master available at the moment, it'd be great if the French distributors, Arrow and TT could chip in together for a new master for The Green Room/Chambre Verte (as TT said they would have done if they'd known about the new master for The Fury), but it's doubtful whether the Truffaut films in general and that title in particular would ever sell enough copies to make it viable.

Like usual, I ended up changing my mind. Along with To Sir With Love, I got:

Mississippi Burning
Blue Max
Judgement at Nuremberg
Richard III

Again, I put off U Turn in hopes TT will have another Oliver Stone signed freebee. Next month, The Bounty and Bunny Lake will be definite. Night of the Generals is the next pre sale that I want the most so it will likely make the cut. It will again come down to what is the signed copy. If it's not U Turn, I intend to get it anyway...but you never know.

New titles starting to deliver. My copy of Hombre arrived it the mail. I put it on to see how it looks and it looks fantastic. TT confirmed it has a new 4k transfer. I'm watching it this weekend for sure.

I just finished ordering it, blind buy, mainly based on the fact that it's supposed to have some similarities to Stagecoach which I loved

I missed out on this promotion. I wonder what are the numbers for the titles that are on the low quantity list.

I wanted one. I just couldn't get one for two related reasons: (1) my wife's car was totaled a week and a half ago, so we had to get her a new one -- which means I couldn't afford to spend $120+, and my purchasing will be limited for quite a while longer -- and (2) we were at the dealer's signing the papers for the new car when the promo offer was going on.

I also got:

U-Turn
April Love
Mississippi Burning
Stormy Weather
To Sir, With Love was high on my wanted list too, so I went for it. The others in my order are:

The Bride Wore Black
Lenny
Love and Death
Used Cars (I finally caved in for this one).

This is nice. I got a shipping notice today after placing yesterday's order. It looks like SAE is finally back to normal.

Same here. I was very surprised to see a notice so soon. Although my tracking report says that only a shipping label was created so far ..... but still .......

That's always the case. It'll get received by the post office tomorrow and then be on normal schedule. Usually 2-3 days away, so we're probably looking at early next week.

Wow, my signed promo has shipped also. Being outside the U.S. I especially wasn't expecting it to happen so soon.

Well, my promo and 4 others still say pending. I wonder if Mississippi Burning is delaying shipment? Someone in this thread did mention that new title and delay.

Mississippi Burning and two other titles shipped today for me, so I wouldn't think that title is delaying your order.

Screen Archives are kinda pissing me off! After all of the blu-rays' I've purchased for 30 bucks a piece and they take a week to get em to me is ridiculous! We all know their packaging and shipping doesn't actually cost almost $5 either. Sorry, i'm just irritated that the last few orders have arrived really late, even one of my inserts was screwed up and they never fixed the issue for me.

My order of Hombre, Man of All Seasons and Mississippi shipped today. I still feel like Mississippi was the last to arrive for them. Not necessarily delayed, but probably the last (or close to the last) disc for them to receive, especially if orders with Hombre and Man started shipping out a few days ago.

I sell stuff on ebay occasionally and shipping a BD first class in a bubble-wrapped envelope definitely costs about $5. You pay $2.50 or so for the shipping, $1 for the envelope and $1 for the tracking. It's super irritating ebay limits me to charging $3.50 for shipping because people complain about high shipping costs.

You should use PayPal to print your postage as you get the benefit of PayPal's reduced commercial rates and get free delivery confirmation.
