He already did in the Mississippi Burning thread, where cried wolf and posted the same thing there, too.

I think you will like it. Very under appreciated film directed by the equally under appreciated Martin Ritt. I just watched it and the disc itself is top notch. Superb PQ.

Don't forget cinematography by the equally brilliant James Wong Howe. Really looking forward to revisiting Hombre.

And he knew it: he changed the name of his character from Lew Archer to Lew Harper because his H films were so lucky.

I almost forgot about that.

I could almost see WB Archive doing a blu for Harper. I'd also like a lot more WB Newman films released that were part of the DVD set they released years ago.

also wish the U.S. could get a BLU upgrade for The Long Hot Summer. but since most Summer releases have been announced already maybe Summer 2016. I was going to import a BLU but the reviews don't sound that promising.

Hopefully the wait for The Long Hot Summer means that Fox is working on a new 4k transfer. I'm not sure if TT has it, have they indicated they do?

Not that I'm aware it would be a perfect release for them. Maybe they can look into it for Summer 2016

I finally ordered Zardoz and Love and Death.

Yeah, tried it on a differnet player and everything was fine.

How about using the new clear case images with these pre-orders. Since that's what the blu ray is going to come in. Seeing it with the blue only depresses me because the blue with the logo look so much better than the clear. I bet an image using a clear would barely show up here.

Can't see why anyone would pay $25 for a used TT title when you can get a new one for $5 more.

That price is SHIPPED. Try $10 off. I don't think it's a bad deal.
