We might want to take a closer look at that Turbine set. Over in the thread for the Turbine set the guy that works for Turbine said that Hellbound looks softer because they didn't screw with the master and that Arrow sharpened it.

And I also think 3 should be listed simply because I do think you should be able to choose if you want correct framing over other picture quality problems.

The DE disc appears to have some scrubbing along with some sharpening. The US disc has grain and the correct AR.

What is your basis for saying that the version on the Bunuel Essential Collection has superior PQ over the older StudioCanal version? From what I read of others' opinions, the Essential version (while being newer and having much higher bitrate) has inferior PQ, being over-sharpened and having boosted contrast. Looking at the caps myself, I pretty much agree. Curious to get your take.
