Just wish a few of the titles that are out next month were already out.

So far the damage is

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
Beauty and the Beast
The Thin Red Line
The Great Dictator

I'm heading back to B&N in a few and debating between M, The Seventh Seal, or Kagemusha

I'd say M and Seventh Seal are in my top 10 movies ever. Kagemusha top 50
You can't go wrong with either of them, but Seventh Seal seems to stand out to me more than M. Don't let the avatar get in the way of the opinion--- just like the cover art more.

I'd go with M, but you can't go wrong with any of the three that you listed.

Enjoy.

A very light sale for me, maybe that's 'cause I'm saving up for a tattoo, but here's what I got:

Blu-ray
Naked
High and Low
Beauty and the Beast

DVD
Ikiru
Throne of Blood

Looking to get Leon Morin before the sale ends tomorrow, but whatever.

Oh yeah. My region free LG550 isn't playing any of my DVDs for some reason? It keeps saying 'Error' and ejecting any disc I put in. I've had to play my DVDs on my Xbox, so it's not too big a deal, but, it's obviously a concern.

I mean, sure, they are not exactly Criterion "films" but I find this t-shirt quite appealing . The logo is really cool and it would be nice to have one of them. So anyone here owns one of this ?
I'd have to look closer, but if it's the same company that makes their Hausu/House shirt, I can tell you....

1) They run kinda small

2) They're pretty good quality (without being overly thick)

"Fitted, lightweight cotton T-shirt for a streamlined, modern look."

Translation: We really didn't think that through, sorry.

My B&N haul of this sale:

Yojimbo/Sanjuro
The Complete Monterey Pop Festival
Mystery Train
Red Dessert
The Naked Kiss

If these two packages make it to my mailbox safely I'll probably gain the confidence to get more titles at the november sale (if B&N allows).

Unless it is a criterion "c" tramp stamp, I will be disappointed.

Yeah, this is the reason why I asked first . I am not fat at all but have a wide back, that is kind of a problem when I decide to buy clothing. Some "S" may fit but some are simply too small. If I decide to pull the trigger on this one I will probably go with the "M" sized. Thanks a lot for the advice .

Default Che Pt 1

Just finished Che Part 1. What a great film and so looking forward to part two. I'll be watching that one within the next 16 hours. This is easily Benichi Del Toro's signature work. He is Che in this film. Superb directing and acting all the way around. Not being to familiar with Che to begin with I thought the film does a good job portraying Castro and his brothers along with Ernest obviously. I must say the first few scenes with gunfire I jumped more than I did while watching Insidious. I love me some strong HD audio fellas. Film 4.5/5 Picture 4/5
Audio 4.5/5 Lovin it.

Che isn't really on any of my short lists but I was very impressed with the way Del Toro melted into the part. He doesn't usually disappear like that.

He was very good in this.

I'm going to buy The Phantom Carriage as well. I have no interest in Dazed and Confused, and I have not seen the other two films, but I plan on it.

The Phantom Carriage wasn't even on my radar before they teased the cover but I'm very much looking forward to it now.
