That's almost as good as the original Star Wars trilogy (pre-CGI) on Criterion 4K UHD.

Maybe it's Citizen Kane, Casablanca, Vertigo, or Gone with the Wind on 4K UHD.

Sure it isn't going to be one of those last three. Universal and Warner are going to release those if there's a 4K version.

Roma 4K seems likely in the first round of 4K since it’s already got a 4K HDR version and Netflix has put out 4K HDR discs already.

Would anyone be for "The Damned"(1969) or Last Summer(1969) or Come and See(1985) from Criterion?

Has anyone gotten the new Fassbinder set yet? Debating....

I know they may be vastly different films but between A Face in the Crowd and The Heiress which one would you buy first? Both are blind buys but I just can purchase one at the moment.

I think Last Summer would be a long shot. I haven't heard anything regarding a restoration and my viewings of it since its original release have been limited to my ancient VHS and a couple of TCM showings. Those were p&s and with the heavily cut conclusion.

It's still early. I understand. But if they don't announce anything in the next few days it would be wise to address it from a business point of view. Keeping your customers out of the loop on what's going on is not a good business strategy.
Perhaps you could cut down on the complaining and negativity going forward?

I'd go with the Heiress, mostly because that's one of my all-time favorites.

I'd say The Heiress, because it might be Wyler's masterpiece and because I haven't seen A Face in the Crowd yet!

Hopefully, they have some big news for us, soon!

I remember last July was when they first announced that historic Bergman box set.
