Brian Ulracher just announced his retirement. This isn't a huge shock. There hadn't been much talk of teams interested in him and when he left the Bears he made it clear he wanted more than the $2 million the Bears offered and it's unlikely anyone offered much more than that.

So Michael Crabtree tore his Achilles, doubt that makes Colin Kaepernick happy.

Was just coming here to post this lol

Crabtree suffers torn Achilles' in 49ers OTAs

USA Today reports Michael Crabtree suffered a torn Achilles' tendon in Tuesday's OTAs session.

It's a crushing blow for the 49ers, though they're holding out hope Crabtree can return at some point in 2013. Terrell Suggs and Da'Quan Bowers were both able to get on the field last season after suffering torn Achilles' in the spring, but neither ever seemed to make it all the way back to 100 percent. It will be an even tougher challenge for Crabtree, as receivers must constantly stop/start and change directions. It elevates Anquan Boldin to No. 1 receiver status, and places increased pressure on 2012 first-rounder A.J. Jenkins coming off his lost rookie season. Fourth-round pick Quinton Patton will now be no worse than the Niners' No. 3 receiver until Mario Manningham returns from his torn ACL. Even if it becomes clear Crabtree will play at some point this season, he shouldn't be considered more than a late-round flier in fantasy leagues. The news tilts Frank Gore's arrow slightly up, and Colin Kaepernick's slightly down.

all it's gonna take is 1 team to figure out how to handle the pistol formation and then everyone will follow suit.

Kap won't be running wild like that this year.

and just imagine where you're team will be if he's running wild and gets his knee torn up like RGIII!!!

I'm actually kind of surprised, I thought for sure he would sign with a contender as well... Either way, happy to see him in silver and black

Who's Rogers? Pretty sure the best QB in the league is named Aaron RoDgers. Graham Harrell is a solid QB and I honestly believe with the WR corp in GB he'd be fine but he definitely wouldn't be A-Rod.

2 years ago I was really high on Harrell. He looked good the little bit we saw of him. Then last year he looked like the game was to fast for him again.

So hopefully he looks like he did from 2 years ago.

Excuse my sausage fingers!!

Harrell didn’t look comfortable @ all anytime he got in last season. If I remember right…he had his foot stepped on 2x by the center and lost the ball both times last year!!
