You know, Mike, I wasn't sure if Tannehill was a good pick for you guys. But he is looking better and better with each drop back. And he really seems to have a good head on his shoulders.

Yeah, his biggest problem was lack of experience, fat ass Parcells would have never made that pick. Like I mentioned already, skill set + work ethic is the perfect combination.
