Honestly while I thought earlier this season it might be time to move on from Romo, if he can help lead us to both a division title and at least a divisional round play-off win, we might need to give him at least one more season in Dallas. Kinda hard to force him out if there isn't a better option available.

Rex probably gets fired sometime in the next 2-3 weeks, Johnson will probably try to restructure Sanchez before firing him due to the massive cap hit they will absorb if he's not on the team next year.
