however, i think winning the second game against the Saints was huge and stopping Brees' TD streak is an accomplishment i think goes really unnoticed and un-respected.

however, they have a lot of weaknesses and until this regime wins a playoff game, i completely understand the lack of fearing them or talking them up as the class of the NFC / NFL.

they went 13-3 just a few years ago and i would say they 'appeared' more impressive that year and got curb stomped. if that GB beat down didn't happen, i think Atlanta would have a lot of people talking them up.

But do major blowouts matter when you then get blown out by other teams? Like the Giants... they stomped the 49ers and the Packers. Seattle is blowing some teams out, but they also lost to some really bad teams.

He will be... once he gets like 100 more yards and gets to 2000. Unless Peterson has a monster day and breaks Dickerson's record, I'd find it unbelievable that a 2000-yard receiver doesn't win OPOY.

Skins ranked 13th in Offensive line run block stats, and 27th against the pass those numbers would be DRASTICALLY lower without a dual threat MONSTER.

13/27 for OLINE
28th for Defense

RG3 makes that a possible division winner and playoff contender.

depends when it happens. people only seem to remember what just happened. look at tonight's game. now everyone will abandon ship on the 49ers because of this game

honestly, aside from the Broncos, i'd say the Falcons have been one of the most consistent teams all year. they win close, lose close, some big flashy plays but nothing substantial, lacking running game. all 15 games so far seem to go this way... aside from a few oddities of course.
