Your losing a lot this year potentially, Jennings, Driver (I know hes old), Finley. Rodgers needs a line in front of him, you have 0 running game and are considering not bringing back Ced Ben who was your running game. Your team is starting to get exposed now, like I said 2-3 years unless they get lightning in a bottle man.

Not sure how realistic it is, but I posted these numbers on another board, the $ I expect for the top 3 FA WR:

Wallace $12M/year
Bowe $8M/year
Jennings $6M/year

I think Wallace will get a little bit more money than Vincent Jackson since he's only 26. I would like to have Bowe, but there's a good chance the Chiefs will bring him back. The guy who makes most sense is Jennings. I know he's injury prone but I keep hearing only good things about his leadership. We don't just need talent at WR, we also need experience and leadership. I would still draft a WR in the 2nd or 3rd though, to develop alongside Jennings and eventually replace him.

I'd rather give Jennings a 3-year deal, but I could live with 4 years with half the money guaranteed. That way if it doesn't work out after a couple of seasons, we cut him and move on.

Our recv’ing core is plenty deep w/Nelson, Jones, & Cobb….and there are 2 guys on our practice squad that they’ve been wanting to bring up for the last 2 years but couldn’t b/c of who we all had already.

Finley drops waaay to many passes for my liking….and DJ Williams is just as big and fast.

Dywan Harris showed some serious flashes and I’m excited to see him next season.

I will give you that our offensive line needs some serious work. but Don Barclay @ RT looked awesome as a rookie, I’m hoping Bulaga can move to to LT. Saturday did sh!t for us this season so I’m hoping Dietrich-Smith can stay solid as a center.

Jennings only missed serious time this past season....anything else was negligible.

And after 2 weeks back Jennings looked damn good, the big question is going to be how fast can they resign Rodgers, cause if pack resigns him after Balt resigns Flacco then GB is going to be paying serious money as Flacco wants 20 million if he wins the SB.

u don't just throw a QB like Rodgers under the bus. the QB is the leader of your team and u need that.

i can't see GB not giving Rodgers what he wants......it's not the same situation as it was w/Favre b/c Favre was @ the end of his career and wasn't worth the money.

in theory, Rodgers has 7-8 years left in him....hopefully.

and honestly, i could see Rodgers putting the needs of the team ahead of himself and not demanding Drew Brees type money.

and no way is Flacco worth $20 million!!

Maybe but with the right QB he can easily net 1100 and 8-10 TD constantly over the next 5 years, Randy Moss did it with Brady well into his 30's

If your worth it you'll demand it Rodgers will as well. He wants to get paid like anyone else for what he does. Lions rewarded Calvin same as GB is gonna have to do with Rodgers, make him Pack 4 Life ive no issues with that. But don't think he wont want 20 million.

20 million a year for playing football seems a bit ridiculous. For any player really.

No doubt about it….. any player that kind of caliber deserves to get paid.

It’ll be interesting what happens in the next year or 2.

I still stick by the fact that u pay your QB…..any other position is up for debate….but your QB needs to get paid if u want to have any chance @ success.

Esp. when it’s a player like Manning, Brady, Rodgers, Brees…..whoever.
