Well the betting lines have Kaeparnick as the favorite with Flacco at #2 in odds of winning Super Bowl MVP. Historically speaking it's probably going to be the winning QB. Here are past Super Bowl MVP's by position. QB's win it over 50% of the time.

Eli Manning's SB XLII MVP award should have gone to his O-Line. probably a few years should have gone to O-Line's or D-Line's.

What I figured Out of the 5 times they've won Joe Montana has won 3, with Steve Young winning one, but he also holds the record for most TD passes in a game 6. and Jerry Rice Once.

If Flacco were to throw 4 TD's today he'd take the record for most TD passes in a single post season.

Stupid penalty wiped out a 20 yard gain.

Still don't know what to make of Flacco. He has a cannon but his accuracy is just bad. His receivers are physical enough to catch them anyway a lot of times, but if he had better control he could be considered the best QB in the NFL.

His accuracy looked pretty good to me on that pass to Boldin.

And on the prior two passes it was terribly off.

Even Tebow throws strikes sometimes.

Maybe he lives by Shaq's motto. "I make em' when they count."

They all count. 54.8% accuracy through the playoffs prior to this game. That's not good.

The throw he gets all the credit for against Denver to tie the game was WAY underthrown. He's lucky the Safety botched it as badly as he did.
