Peter Lalich is someone to keep on eye on in day three. He could be a huge steal for someone.

lol he did finally throw for more than 200 yards and win a playoff game. He needs to say it one more time for a SB visit.

I would have loved to see the Falcons at the end of the NFC championship with a healthy quarterback. Very well could have been a whole different Super Bowl.

Even thought it was a hell of a comeback. To the point I actually thought they were gonna score. But just staled down in the real zone.

They have no one to blame, but themselves for playing so poorly in the first half. Can't win games like that. I mean you can, but not all the time.

Should be interesting next year of where go goes where and who stays put.

Justin Smith got injured, I guess it had a trickle down effect on their front seven, their secondary was always over-rated though.

I wish I cared for those sports as much as football. The off season is so miserable for me.

Yeah I don't really get in to basketball intil the playoffs. I just think for me the Baseball and Basketball seasons are to long for me.

I think with out that kick off return you guys win the game. The other play that hurt was the Lamichael James fumble, they where on a good drive intil that happen.

Baseball is my number one. Followed by football (which only requires Saturday and Sunday devotion for about 2 months of the baseball season). Then college basketball. NBA I check in on and will watch the Hawks in the playoffs. NHL... I've stopped watching since the Thrashers were allowed to move to Winnipeg, but the league won't let the Coyotes leave.

It's all part of the game...49ers had some fumble recovery, etc.

In the end, the 49ers defense failed to show up. It was too much for the 49ers to outscore 34 pts. Amazingly, they almost did it...

That Culliver guy should not be wearing another 49ers uniform. Before the season, I said the secondary was weakest part on their defense...and it showed. Those guys can't handle big receivers...they just get out jumped and out played. GreenBay and Atlanta marched down the field too easy. And now..Baltimore.

Just a bunch of Mother Flacing haters on here. Deny it or not. He is the MVP. What else does the guy have to do? Don't get to where he was at without being good. But most people won't admit that though.

Probably done with this thread now. No real use to anymore.

Such a damn heart breaker. So close, and yet to far away.

49ers have possibly the best front seven in the league but their secondary is subpar, the reason people think it's good is the front seven creates a lot of havoc that gives the impression that the secondary is top notch. Unfortunately against the more accurate QBs they tend to get torched. Oh and Jacoby Jones should've been the MVP of the game.

Exactly. Plus the fumble.

In this type of game just go down instead of trying to struggling for that extra yard or two. That's what usually causes most fumbles stretching for that extra yard or so. Fumbles have done us in 2 years in a row.
