The Amendola contract was bad too, but he has huge upside.

There are bad contracts on every team (for my Vikings, it's Greg Jennings). Teams just have to figure out how to equal them out with the good.

After seeing him the first year. A bad contract. Just like Tates deal. I posted the #s a while back between him and Lafell. Overpaid a lot to get him

Even healthy he's just a serviceable #1, more likely a #2.

The Tate deal could very well be terrible but how does anyone know that yet? He jammed in Seattle, missing just 5 catches out of 149 in the past 3 years. I know they're the Lions and the Lions will forever suck but out of any offensive FA this season I'd keep Tate and pay him the same price.

Now that Jennings deal was bad. I don't think anyone understood why he got such a long deal for a 29yo. His stats weren't that bad compared to his average in GB though.

At approximately 1400 hrs, a 25-year-old male resident of San Jose, California, was going through Terminal 1 screening and was randomly selected for a secondary screening. The suspect then became belligerent and uncooperative with the process and with the TSA agent, making a comment indicating that he was in possession of a bomb before proceeding towards the gate area. Los Angeles Airport Police made contact with him at the gate and he was positively identified as the person in question. Once again the male subject became uncooperative and he was detained and taken into custody by Airport Police and is currently being transported to LAPD for booking.

I just can't understand all the love for former Rutgers/Arizona/Pitt quarterback Tom Savage. Todd McShay has him being picked by the Texans with the first pick of the second round, the fourth quarterback taken after Manziel, Bridgewater, and Bortles. According to Peter King Savage's agent had to turn down two teams that wanted to have private workouts for Savage because the deadline to meet with prospects is April 27 and Savage was completely booked for private visits. King says by the deadline Savage will have met with 24 or 25 teams. Savage put up pretty pedestrian numbers last year and Pitt only went 7-6 so this seems like a case where NFL teams see potential the player never showed in college.
