Christian Ponder (hip) is listed as questionable for Week 14 after returning to a light practice on Friday.
Ponder will officially be a game-time decision against the Lions, although the feeling on the Minnesota beat is that he likely won't play. He only went through an individual practice on Friday. The Vikings will see how Ponder feels Sunday morning, and determine his availability then. Joe Webb will get the nod if Ponder doesn't show significant improvement in the meantime.

James Starks (ankle) has been ruled out for Week 14 against Oakland.
Starks' ankle injury is not believed to be long term, but the Packers want him as healthy as possible for the season's stretch run. Rookie Brandon Saine will be the favorite for receptions in Green Bay's backfield Sunday. Ryan Grant may get the most carries, but recent history says he won't go very far.

IRVING, Texas -- The Dallas Cowboys have agreed to terms on a five-year, $22.5 million deal with starting free safety Gerald Sensabaugh, a source said Friday.



Sensabaugh, who has signed one-year contracts with the Cowboys over the last three seasons, will get $8 million guaranteed.

"I'm at that stage,"Sensabaugh said Friday about the prospect of a new deal. "We'll figure something out."

Sensabaugh joined the Cowboys as a free agent in 2009 after playing four seasons in Jacksonville, signing a one-year deal worth $1.75 million. In 2010, Sensabaugh signed a second-round tender offer for $1.82 million.

This summer Sensabaugh was seeking a long-term deal from several teams, but settled on a one-year deal with the Cowboys for $2.5 million when the lockout ended.

Sensabaugh is third on the team with two interceptions, fifth with four pass breakups and second with 60 tackles in 2011.

QB has to run past the line of scrimmage to really be considered a runner, you know that. Harrison's hit was just dirty, to be fair great Cowboys safety Darren Woodson loved leading with his helmet also.

VP of Football Operations John Elway says he regrets saying in a November interview that the Broncos weren't any closer to finding their franchise quarterback.
In an interview with FOXSports.com, Elway said he has since personally cleared the air with Tim Tebow, and insisted there is "nobody more supportive or wants (Tebow) to be that guy than me." Elway also said he plans to "spend a lot of time" with Tebow and Broncos QBs coach Adam Gase working on Tebow's mechanics this offseason. Barring a catastrophic end to the season, Tebow should open 2012 as Denver's starter.
