It's going to be hard to decide this years super bowl, I can't decide if I should root for the undefeated packers or my tebow

unless your gut is already telling you to go w/the packers.....u should just go w/the packers.

can you imagine if the packers and patriots made it to the super bowl this year??

the 2 worst defenses making it to the biggest game of the year!!

The Dolphins have the only undefeated team in NFL history. If the Patriots don't win I wouldn't mind the Packers going 19-0 because then we'd never have to hear from Mercury Morris again.

They have the same record through 19 games as your pats do

I'm surprised you haven't brought up one other thing that never gets talked about which is that the Pats have changed up their offense quite a bit over the years, first with the no name wide outs, then Randy-Welker Slot stuff, and now with the Tight-end focus. Brady still has a case in my op (+ that lost year)

Steve Doerschuk of the Canton Repository suspects Browns QB Colt McCoy sustained a concussion against the Steelers Thursday night.
Coach Pat Shurmur insisted after the game that McCoy was "fine to go back in" after a devastating helmet-to-helmet hit by James Harrison. The Browns PR staff kept the post-game session brief and asked the TV cameramen to turn the lights off or down low, a sign that McCoy suffered after-effects. Ex-Browns C LeCharles Bentley tweeted after the hit that McCoy shouldn't have been allowed back in because his eyes clearly weren't right.

Could be the last team before the NFL extends the season 2 more games.

So Jacksonville could potentially go 0-18 next year?

The NFL extending the season is nothing near a sure thing. In the new CBA it was agreed that the players would have to agree to extending the season and they have pretty much universally rejected a longer season.

So we have to continue to endure 4 games of injury-prone preseason games?

I wasn't expecting a change or announcement for another 2 season or so.

According to NFL.com article Harrison thought the hit on McCoy was "legal" lol.....

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000d...headline_stack

After the game, Harrison said he thought the hit was legal.

"From what I understand, once the quarterback leaves the pocket, he's considered a runner," Harrison said. "All the defenseless(ness) and liberties that a quarterback has in the pocket are gone and you can tackle him just as he's a running back. The hit wasn't late, so I really don't understand why it was called."

You know, because he's got like 100 pounds on the kid and half a foot, hitting him in the face with his helmet is legal right? When is this guy gonna get booted outta the league? I'm all for physical football, but he literally could've kill Colt McCoy on that play. Ball was gone, why lower your head then?

Besides the "becomes a runner thing" is only true once the QB tucks the ball and runs, not flips the ball to a runningback. For a guy who's been in the league for a long time, Harrison either doesn't know the rules or doesn't care enough to follow them.

Definitely the latter. He's just been yelled at so much he tries to word his responses more carefully, but just shows he's an animal. He's constantly the one going for the head whenever he can on that defense. I mean everyone has a bad hit eventually, he tries to have one every game.

Colt McCoy's father said Friday that the Browns QB doesn't remember anything after James Harrison's helmet-to-helmet hit Thursday night, and never should have been allowed back in the game.
"I talked to Colt this morning and he said, 'Dad, I don't know what happened, but I know I lost the game. I know I let the team (down). What happened? ... He was basically out (cold) after the hit ... He was nauseated and he didn't know who he was. From what I could see, they didn't test him for a concussion on the sidelines." As we suspected, the Browns are going to land in hot water for this one. McCoy should never have been rushed back into the game.
