For a second, I wasnt happy with EAGLES at 43 secs to halftime.

Oh shit, you better hope the Chiefs suffer Super Bowl hangover because they’re gonna have 0 incentive not to rig all their playoff games next year as well at least to get them to another SB. It turns out rigging games for the Chiefs doesn’t hurt their viewership at all, quite the contrary, be it from Swifties or people tuning in to hopefully see them lose.

It was the most watched ever.

BUT....

Nielsen which does the ratings for all of tv updated the way they track out of home viewership so that def helped.

So if last yrs had this updated tracking then it wouldve been higher than this yrs.

But 127.7 is the official number & thats now the highest so thats how it goes down in the record book.

The rating of the defense did not make a difference in that game. The Falcons were getting a lot of pressure on Brady. The second half the Falcons defense was gassed. They were gassed because their offense was not picking up first downs. The Patriots were able to adapt. The Chiefs made no changes.
Kelce had a lot to do with that also. His blocking or his attempts to get in the way were sad. He should have been benched.

Andy only likes to deal with absolutes with the O-line...yeah he taken a chance with Kinglsey Suamataia in the 2nd round of the Draft last year...but I bet that Brett Veach finds a trade partner for a proven Left Tackle. And I hope that they send Suamataia to the Right Tackle spot (because I am sick of Taylor). As for RG Smith..I hope that Patrick goes to the piggy bank to make sure that he doesn't go anywhere. And for you guys that hope Andy Reid goes into retirement...last April he just signed a 100 million dollar contract for 5 years. I don't think Andy is going anywhere for at least 3 years. Most of the defense is still young...the only problem I have is we have been giving away our best players Db's for pennies and now that has come back to bite us.

Yikes, this is ugly. Toney was a big time draft bust and only barely in the NFL anyway, so it seems unlikely he'll be playing any time soon, if ever after this incident. He did manage to win 2 rings with KC... basically for being on the team, though he did next to nothing for them.

WR Kadarius Toney arrested in Georgia, allegedly strangled woman

Wide receiver Kadarius Toney was arrested last week in Georgia on two counts, according to online records.

Toney was booked in a Douglas County (Georgia) facility on Feb. 6 on counts of aggravated assault -- strangulation and obstructing/harassing 911 calls. A judge set a bail of $25,000 on each count.

Records show Toney was not in custody on Feb. 7.

TMZ Sports, citing police documents, reported that on Jan. 14, Toney allegedly put his hand around a woman's throat and squeezed "with enough force to cause her to be unable to [breathe]." Red marks were spotted on the woman's neck, and petechial hemorrhaging was noticed in her eyes.

Toney also allegedly took the woman's phone to prevent her from calling authorities.
