And Gov. Walker who was governor at the time the deal was negotiated promised Foxconn 3 billion dollars if they built the plant. I believe it will take Wisconsin 26 years to break even.

It's funny; I was also thinking in that line ... "con". It's a funny name; "Foxconn". ...Just a name, means nothing.
