I also immediately got Eyes Wide Shut which covers the entire clue too (possibly).
I think the Twilight Time release is still in print or rather the run hasn't sold out yet.

Fellini, WKW, and a Bruce Lee box, this is going to take a hit on my wallet. On top of the Gamera box coming from Arrow.

For anyone interested, Beaver has published his annual "Best Of" review, covering 2019 - with Criterion taking top spot for label, individual release (Detour), and box set (The Koker Trilogy):

While I'd be thrilled to get a WKW set on UHD, I'll be more than happy to finally get 2046 on BD, as well as better-looking BDs of his other films.

Criterion in 2020 has already been disappointing.
Then think of all the money you'll be saving by not buying them. That should put a smile on your face.

It's still available (i.e., hasn't sold out yet), but their 3-year window of exclusivity is over.

Whether or not you consider that effectively making it OOP is a separate question.

As long as we finally get Happy Together from Criterion, then I'm a happy camper.

The Lee news is interesting...if it has any shred of truth, because Shout already put out 4K remasters of 4 of his best and Warner already did a great remaster of Enter. Those 4 Shout releases blow that old box set out of the water. I don't know what films will be including....if the speculation is somehow true... but if those 4 make up the set and Enter is in it, it will be an easy pass considering what is already available.

Hopefully this Fellini set FINALLY includes Nights of Cabiria. If it's just a reissue of all the other releases, that would be disappointing. Without Cabiria, it would be another pass, unless there is something I am missing. As others have said though, the lack of UHD from Criterion is also a major disappointment.

Hopefully a new decade brings a new look at home video for Criterion and UHD releases follow. Eyes Wide Shut would be a GREAT title to make the jump, following the other Kubrick releases from Warner.....

The other three I'm sure Criterion will do great. But will Criterion use the color-corrected 4K masters for Bruce Lee films as Shout did, or just use the Ritrovata's characteristic (and problematic) yellow masters? I hope it's not "we have to release whatever masters Fortune Star provides and can't tweak anything" situation.

Instead of the Bruce Lee films which already have good releases, I wish Criterion would haven given us a John Woo boxset. A lot of those films need some love and care from Criterion.

The box and car could be 2 clues, because there's been strong talk that Criterion has Who's That Knocking at My Door, Mean, Streets, Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore, and After Hours (especially after WB had listings up for Knocking and Alice that then disappeared).

The Wong Kar Wai box is inevitable, since we know they got 4K remasters, but I think a Scorsese set is also coming.

The Shout set is OOP so the more people who will be able to discover the Bruce Lee films the better. Getting some John Woo films like Hard Boiled and The Killer might be difficult rights wise.

So the first box means...Fell-(l)-E-ni Box(set)

2nd is Car (?) Why Box set

3rd Bruce Lee box set

Yes=Yes u get a gift in these boxes too?

Ok good job guys.

I'd rather have a Masaki Kobayashi and Andrei Tarkovsky Boxset. You get what you get and don't throw a fit. I already bought the Kobayashi DVD boxset which looks nice and grey on the DVD format LOL. Solaris Blu-Ray, and Gate of Hell Blu-Ray. I'm happy there is a Bergman Boxset and we are getting more!!!

An upgrade of Nights of Cabiria is guaranteed I think. Probably the same for Juliet of the Spirits, I Vitelloni, And the Ship Sails On, and La Strada. Hopefully Variety Lights and White Shiek will be back with upgrades too

Then there’s the stuff Criterion hasn’t had we will have to see. Il Bidone most likely. I’m really hoping we get Casanova, Spirits if the Dead, Fred and Ginger, and Intervista, just to make a few. Stuff like Voice of the Moon, Clowns, Orchestra Rehearsal I’m not sure about since they’ve been with other companies—but they did license serpent’s egg in the bergman box

People acting like a Fellini Box is not worth it because he’s already had a lot of stand-alone releases maybe don’t release how many possible upgrades and new stuff this could mean. Not to mention, some of the Blu-ray’s we have already have recently had new restorations...

If it were just the car and the bust of Robert E. Lee I would almost think Criterion was releasing the Dukes of Hazard box set...

I'm excited for a Fellini box set. That's great news.

If Criterion does do the Bruce Lee films, they need to find better Mandarin mono tracks for Fist of Fury and Way of the Dragon (the audio on the various Fortune Star approved releases are very compressed and suffer from the music being muffled badly), and get a complete title sequence for Game of Death.

Yeah, Bullet in the Head is an all time favorite. Would love a release. Not sure if the Weinstein company still has it or not.

Yasujiro Ozu’s Good Morning is a tremendously warm and delightful little film that gradually crept up on me with its greatness.

It is deceptively simple in both form and narrative but Ozu layers what would otherwise be a gentle throwaway comedy in most hands with some pretty insightful critique about societal structures and communication. His visual style is also meticulously used in this film with great use of architectural lines to block and frame a lot of the compositions. But best of all, he has a tremendous ensemble cast that interact superbly and I could have watched them for another hour going about their ordinary lives.

Criterion’s blu is from a 4k restoration by Shochiku and it is a total knockout.
