Anyone who owns the Godzilla set needs to get this Mothra release, especially the LE version

I'm surprised Criteron has not picked up Nobody Knows (2004). It seems like a perfect movie for them to release.

Just watched The New World for probably the third time, man that movie is like a gut punch. Damn that's some sad stuff at times, it just gets me

I definitely would rank this as my favourite film, visually & one of my top films ever. The Thin Red Line is still my fave by Malick

It’s a great set but the dimensions were a surprise for me...really does not fit anywhere but on top of the shelf.

Yup, I was thinking the same thing. I have a rack dedicated to larger special editions. Now I have to do some creative juggling with my finances. Wow, Game of Thrones 4K now this. Ouch. Cmon Santa!

Serials are still movies. The shorts and cartoons shown on those bills were also movies.

They are still "motion pictures", regardless of the serialization, and released in movie theaters.

Prior to publication in book form, many novels appeared in serialized form in magazines or newspapers. No matter the idiosyncrasies of publication, they were still novels.

Was out grocery shopping today and stopped by B&N one last time before the sale ends to grab these—The Killers, The Night Porter, and Notorious are all upgrades for me (can finally get rid of the DVDs).

Thanks for checking that! Oddly enough, I pulled out my old 1080p Panasonic BD player to test that time in the film and the audio played fine! So for some reason my newer 4K Panny has an issue with that spot on the disc. You’d think it would be the reverse, yeah?

Do you have the latest firmware update installed on the new Panny?

Software update available to resolve audio dropout on DMP-UB900

I did look into that. Checked and mine is up to date...it’s not the ub900, it’s the 420. Pretty interesting to know the other model has an update for audio dropouts...

Edit: solved. Turns out I had an hdmi audio input setting of PCM; switched to bitstream and that fixed it. Went through many discs before this glitch hit. Good to know!

Went to Barnes and Noble to grab The Irishman and was surprised to see Crash on the shelf! Picked it up, it rung up at full price but a manager override got it half off.

Same here. The last 10 minutes of The New World is some of the most beautiful and emotional cinema I've ever experienced in my life.

The only other movie that gives me such an emotional gut punch is the last 10 minutes of Field of Dreams.
