There weren't that many before 2018. Here are ones I can think of -- again, ones that went from LD to BD, without a DVD-only release in between:

A Hard Day's Night
The Asphalt Jungle
12 Angry Men
The Graduate
Five Easy Pieces
The Last Picture Show
Dr. Strangelove
The Fisher King
Cat People
Odd Man Out
The Umbrellas of Cherbourg
"Breaker" Morant
Breaking the Waves

And there's also The Gold Rush, which wasn't, strictly speaking, a Criterion Collection LD, but was released under the parent company Voyager Press label.

The first title I bolded has a far superior counterpart compared to what Criterion released which is contained in the spoiler.
[Show spoiler]
Which to me if I wanted Criterion's BD only for the two or whichever exclusive bonus it does have, I'd aim to get it for less than $14.
The second title I've bolded has , but I haven't done the research of which bonus it carries. I'd still buy the Criterion BD anyway but again the price I'd prefer and it can wait.

Really not sure if I'd need to own the Criterion BD of what I've bolded since I own . The 4K disc carries over the vast majority of the Criterion BD bonus too, but some might be left off. Again haven't fully done the research. 12 Angry Men has a counterpart BD in the UK, other counties where it was released by 20th Century FOX, which carries over all DVD bonus the Criterion BD left off.
Seems to me the Criterion BDs would be glorified expensive bonus feature discs now. Obviously YMMV, especially if someone is fully muilti-region capable regarding BD alongside DVD, and don't mind owning more than one release of a title.

By my very loose count from the list I linked to in my previous post, working off of memory, there are about 150 laserdiscs on blu-ray, and about 100 that Criterion has never upgraded even to DVD, but probably the majority of which have been been put on blu-ray or better by other labels and for which Criterion would have no major reason or ability to reacquire like 2001, Taxi Driver, Carrie, Halloween, etc.

Sonys Blu-rays already have the Criterion bonus. At least the commentary and there's not much their release could offer. Would only want to have Criterion BDs of Carrie and Halloween for the exclusive LD bonus' and original cinema audio in lossless. Unless if the releases from Arrow and Scream don't have either for Carrie regarding the audio, I own both. There are quite a lot of custom fan made LD to DVD and even LD to BD customs regarding Criterions Laserdisc only releases. Same goes for exclusive Laserdisc content regarding fan-made discs especially since it's a beyond dead format.
Might've even remembered a few of the mods mentioning something about it too, but forgot exactly what.

A lot of the titles they released on LD that didn't make it to DVD were for major studio films -- Warner and Sony/Columbia, mostly -- that those studios wanted to keep for themselves for DVD. Given that some of them, like 2001: A Space Odyssey and The Wizard of Oz (Warner) and Lawrence of Arabia (Sony) have been released by the studios on UHD, let alone BD, there's no likelihood of them ever returning to the Collection.

But there are also a number of Warner-owned titles from the LD days that are rumored to be with Criterion, so we may see some of them eventually.

Criterion has released a decent amount of queer cinema.

And of course the John Waters films:

Plus, they've released films by LGBT directors, e.g. Todd Haynes with [SAFE].

I haven't read through all of the comments, but anyone who doesn't get the Channel "because Imma support physical media" is impossible for me to take seriously. Love physical media and want it to continue? Great! We all do. Putting coins in Criterion's coffers via subscribing to the Channel is a great way to keep them profitable and keep those awesome discs coming. Plus, I have to think part of the reason Criterion has surprised us with some truly unexpected releases - like The Signifyin' Works of Marlon Riggs - is because they were popular on the Channel. I don't know that for sure, obviously, but it makes sense to me.
So many of the films on the Channel will never come out on Blu-ray, plus many of the short films, documentaries, video essays will likely remain streaming only.

I'm more of a mainstream and genre film collector though I have almost all of the art film greats. I dip my toe in something different every so often as well. I've got hundreds probably thousands of movies to catch up on as it is from my own library. I have a budget what with cable and some other streaming services.
Indicator's UK Blu-ray is region free.

The Legend of Black Charley was added to the service but doesn't seem to have an official disc release anywhere.

I wonder if it's because there was originally a different word in the title instead of Black. I won't repeat it here, but you can look the movie up on IMDb.

But I think they probably had Parallax View and certain other things for years, as well...
