Considering Criterion are involved with both Le Samourai and Days of Heaven being restored this year, i would be very surprised if they weren’t part of the November announcement. They are also Gilliam mad, so i’d bet on Brazil or, maybe, Fear and Loathing. It also feels like at least one big Warner title will be in store (Mean Streets, Pat Garret, Dog’s Day Afternoon or EWS).
I realize i am, more likely than not, getting my hopes up, but a cinephile can dream.

I totally forgot about Le Samourai 4K coming out in France in November. That is a strong contender for November I'd say.

November maybe’s:

Drugstore Cowboy
The Spirit of the Beehive (upgrade)
The Royal Tenenbaums (4K)
She’s Gotta Have It
Lone Star

My guesses for November because why not. My dream list is entirely too unrealistic.

Saint Omer
The Heroic Trio/Executioners (not expecting a 4K)
Werckmeister Harmonies (not expecting a 4K)
Dog Day Afternoon 4K
Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio 4K
Contempt 4K

I think this is wishful thinking on my part more than anything, but I know there's been a new 70mm print of Boogie Nights screening recently as well. Feels like a movie Warner would license to Criterion to me. But I think most of the Warner titles you listed are more likely

This November should be a big month for Criterion. I do not know where to begin for predictions, but I would imagine it may almost all be 4k titles. In addition the last 2 years there has been a surprise addition (Uncut Gems 4k, Wall-E 4k) after the initial announcements. Plus, I would say that more Janus Contemporaries will be announced in a week or so, The Eight Mountains, Godland and Tori and Lokita most likely.

I would have thought that Kino, Criterion, and perhaps even Twilight Time would have been fighting one another to get the rights when Fox was still licensing its catalog. Heck, you would think that Martin Scorsese would have prodded Criterion some given his acknowledged love for these films. I guess its still possible that Criterion could have licensed the films some time ago and has just been sitting on them for all of these years (a la Erich von Stroheim's The Wedding March).
I love these three Borzage films! I bawl my eyes out every time I watch them and loan them to everyone who will take them so they can see what popular American silent movies could do. These three changed my whole attitude toward sentimentality (which I'd renounced after Love Story and Terms of Endearment). The French versions are region free, but it would be great to have improved editions and extras that are in English.

I'd love to see Criterion release "Mean Streets" in November. It's been rumored to be with them for ages, and I'd love it if "Who's That Knocking at My Door?" could make its blu ray debut at the same time, possibly as a supplement to "Mean Streets".

This year is the 50th of "Mean Streets", and all these other pictures from that year (The Exorcist, Enter the Dragon, American Graffiti, etc.) are getting 50th Anniversary editions, but "Mean Streets" is not, likely because it's with Criterion.

Hopefully, they release a posh edition of it, too, before the year's end.

I really hope they release After Hours, what’s taking so long?
Sorry, old habits die hard.

Seriously though, Royal Tenenbaums 4k would be amazing since it’s one of my favorite films. I’m not the biggest Wes Anderson fan but that film fires on all cylinders and hits me hard.

I’d be over the moon for Blu-rays of 49th Parallel, A Canterbury Tale, and I know Where I’m Going.

As far as P&P 4K upgrades; I’d love for it to be Black Narcissus

Blast of Silence was hinted as an upgrade a while back. Would be suited as a November/December release!

For those in the NYC area, Lincoln Center has a great deal on the two upcoming Kira Muratova films. If you buy a ticket for The Long Farewell, you get a free ticket to see Brief Encounters. Both films should be coming to the Criterion Collection in the future.

Buy a ticket to one Kira Muratova restoration, get a ticket to the other free! See Brief Encounters showtimes here. Discount automatically applied in cart, max two sets of tickets per order. Eligible for standard-priced screenings only.

If you’re really craving a release there’s a Region Free set is readily available. Around the same price as two Criterion’s during the half off sale.

If one isn’t forthcoming, there’s this region free box set from the UK.

Ashes of Diamonds from Criterion is a 4k resto, while the Second Run set has a noticeably inferior 2k resto. It is hoped that the other films also receive new resto's.
