There was at least one other month earlier too that I recall being a lot more packed than usual. I just think Criterion have a lot of big titles they're planning to release, so they can't just save them all for the major months anymore. I also wouldn't be surprised if they're also clearing the path for a big box set for one of those months too.

I'm going to guess that they will have a smaller box (3-5 titles) for July and another one, possibly bigger one, for November.

I wonder if they are going to do the Hopping Hong Kong Vampires set this year? If so, that set would be an October one

Heads up, I tried placing my order twice and got an error after the "Place Order" screen. Finally checked my open orders and they were both there, so cancelled one to ensure I didn't get billed twice.

Here's my haul for this one. I'm in the middle of a Hitchcock marathon watch (sadly, the Lodger was OOS on Unobstructed View so didn't qualify for the sale price / going to snag it on WOW HD. $7 more but don't want to wait for October sale

) , want to see some Satyajit Ray (all blind buys / I got the Apu Trilogy off Ebay last week), then Fritz Lang (also snagged Kino's Scarlet Street) and the two Shindo flicks (also blind buys) are for a Folk Horror binge I plan to do when watching the second Severin boxset.
