I thought he died, guess not. Saw him live a few years back. Wonder who I’m confusing him with,

La Grande Bouffe is a fantastic film, but not sure if it's a film I'll ever watch again due to the content.

A bit late to the party but I'm so thrilled Criterion is doing a Jean Harlow film she's amazing and super fun to binge watch.

But, and I hate to look a gift horse in the mouth, I wish they chose a better Harlow film, like "Red Headed Woman", "Bombshell", hell even a 4k of "Libeled Lady", which is her best film IMO.

But HOLY CRAP THAT COVER IS GORGEOUS

I would expect at least one of those to be coming from the Warner Archive in the near future. They're working on multiple "important and famous" Jean Harlow movies right now.

And it seems like "La Grande Bouffe" is listed twice at 2285 and 2286.

Curtis Tsui was on Samm Deighan's podcast to talk about Kenji Misumi and while he didn't announce any releases he did say that they do look at streaming numbers when deciding what to release. So if there is something that they have that you want on disc, make sure you stream it from start to finish.

If the words "box sets" and "John Waters" are being uttered in the same breath I think the Trash Trilogy should be the first go to.
