Beasts is a surprise, but bodes well for something like Buster Scruggs getting a release down the line if they're digging into earlier Netflix releases.
I've already got After Life from the BFI but it's a great film to add to the collection. I think Ashes and Diamonds has been OOP from Arrow in the UK for a while so perhaps we'll get that over here, I'd like to pick it up so fingers crossed as it's always cheaper when we don't have to import.

I have no interest in owning BoNN, but this announcement bodes well for more Netflix releases, especially Buster Scruggs.

Woah. I did not expect to see "Beasts of No Nation".

I remember that was one of the first Netflix-exclusive movies I saw years ago, the first one I actually thought was really good. I'm happy to see it get a blu-ray release in general, let alone a Criterion release.

I already have "Ashes and Diamonds" on DVD, have seen it a couple of times, and likely won't upgrade, right now.

I already have "After Life" from the BFI release.

I saw "Beasts" a long while ago on Netflix, and it's OK, but I don't need to buy it.

And I frankly don't care too much about "Company". (It was on Youtube at one point, anyway.)

Yeah, especially after waiting all weekend, it just felt like a letdown, LOL.

Again, I'm happy for those who are excited. Some months, I'm thrilled and others just don't get it, LOL.

The only Koreeda film I've seen is Still Walking and I absolutely love it.

Excited to check out After Life.

It is good to know that Sister Act II has a chance

I wonder what the hold up is for The Other Side of the Wind or even The Eyes of Orson Welles? I have a feeling one of the parties involved (daughter, lover, lover's nephew, etc.) have become intractable again. Though we did get Hopper/Welles, so who knows.

Happy to see Beasts of No Nation announced. Hopefully some other "older" Netflix titles like Mudbound, and The Meyerowitz Stories are also in play now too.
