Definitely in for Dazed 4K, although I wish Criterion would announce a Linklater movie that they haven't released yet (Waking Life, SubUrbia, Tape, Everybody Wants Some).

Not to sound negative, but I have a feeling the Three Colours trilogy in 4K is going to be yet another ****up from France. I really hope this is not the case as these are some of my favourite films of all time.

It was Kieslowski's intention for Blue to look green, White to look purple, and Red to look yellow.

I revisit Dazed & Confused a lot, so I'm all in for the 4K.

I will probably grab the Three Colors Trilogy 4K during a sale.

The 1968 Romeo and Juliet is an amazing announcement, but I wish that Criterion had just gone ahead and put out a 4K UHD Blu-ray, seeing as how it has a 4K digital restoration.

I love SubUrbia. Criterion were due to release it, but then it never happened.

Hopefully they do eventually follow through with a release. Great film.

It shows how the new restoration matches the yellow look of the reference print, while the old restoration was awfully neutralised.

They didn't do the same for red and white, but if they got blue right then I assume the others look as they should now as well.

I was finally ready to pull the trigger on the Three Colors set last year, but held off in expectation of an upgrade. Looks like 2023 is my year for it! And very excited to see Romeo & Juliet. I love D&C, but I'm satisfied with the blu.
