Almost wanna take the plunge on this Flash Sale for the "ESSENTIAL FELLINI" set (maybe it's the rush of buying anything from the Criterion site as an Italian User), but I've never used Stackry before, since I heard it's recommended only when buying multiple Discs - am I gonna be fine if I use it for one Boxset as well?

Love the long list of GC-fueled sale orders. With the price of discs today, every dollar counts. $30 in GCs combined for my CC sub and birthday; $120 pre-tax for the following, including my 200th Criterion:

Earned a $50 Loyalty GC, but with so many upcoming wish list titles as my watch pile has grown alarmingly higher, this English Beat aficionado will Save It For Later.

I believe they were given out to subscribers of the Criterion Channel.

I got a $50 coupon in points (took years to earn that) and $10 for the error on the first release of Citizen Kane.

I'm still paying off plane tickets to Portugal for next year, so I'll be sitting this one out. But maybe I'll pick up a few during the B&N sale next month.

Earned enough for a $50 gift card with Risky Business, Le Samourai, Blue Velvet and Repo Man all 4K. Gotta wait for more items to leave "pre-order" in the next sale to use the credit.

I realized I could save a few bucks and just get the Blu-ray of Happiness. I'm very happy with a fresh 4K transfer on a Blu-ray for a film like this. Especially considering that I've been enjoying the crappy non-anamorphic DVD for the last 20ish years...

Can anyone tell me if the Godzilla box is just temporarily out of stock? Wondering if I can wait for the next sale, or should I try to buy a copy at Unobstructed View?

I think I remember reading that it was out of print at one point after the initial release. Thanks!

Its been a while since I've had money so it was nice to catch up on some of the titles I wanted most this past year. Had $50 worth of gift cards waiting for me to use so that was also nice.

Picked up the following 4k discs:

The Roaring Twenties
I Am Cuba
Repo Man
Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas
Blue Velvet
McCabe and Mrs. Miller
I Walked With a Zombie/Seventh Victim

Still a bunch more I'd like to pick up, including Happiness which was gone by the time I could get my order in but this is good enough for now.

Yeah, just temporarily OOS. There's no indication of it going OOP. I don't know if it was available when the sale first went live, but it does tend to be a popular item. It's still showing availability elsewhere (Amazon, B&N etc..) but if/when those places sell out it may take longer than than other releases to get reprinted due to its custom packaging.

Although tempted to indulge, I will simply wait for the expected half-off sale at Barnes and Noble next month. I'm pretty "spent" for October.
