Paths of Glory is essential, but Kubrick is my favorite director.

I cannot recommend Paris, Texas enough however. It is superb. Such a beautiful, devastating film.

I have. It's definitely different looking, but I kind of like it. Is it soft in places? Yes. There is a disclaimer that it was shot soft, and that some parts were unsalvageable in the restoration. I don't think it's as bad as Pro-B made it out to be.

I was thinking about Vampyr but I thought it was dull, and A Night to Remember - im not into documentary movies....oh i dont know, the one I want isnt coming out until November

Absolutely. It's my favorite film released by Criterion.

I just placed my order for Eating Raoul, Le Havre and The Moment of Truth. Wasn't too confident about The Moment of Truth, but it interested me.

I said it earlier. I wasn't super excited about The Moment Of Truth, but it has been one of my favorite new discoveries this year. I think you'll enjoy it.
