The Testament of Dr. Mabuse is still in print and is available on criterion.com, etc. I owned the DVD once and I'm hoping for a region A blu release in 2015. I may be grasping for straws, but it seems like no more than 2-3 years after a region B blu release of a film occurs the region A pops up. TTODM was released in the UK back in 2012. I have a good feeling about 2015.

- a Kathryn Bigelow film: either Near Dark or Strange Days would be preferable. The former is out of print and the latter has never been released in BD. Zero Dark Thirty would be great too, as the special features of the BD last year were lacking. This is a great director who really needs some attention from Criterion, especially when others of lesser skill and vision have their entire oeuvres in the collection.

I would love for Strange Days to become a part of the collection. It is the only Bigelow film that I have seen. I keep planning to watch Zero Dark Thirty, so hopefully I will get to soon.

I sent an email to suggestions@criterion.com requesting Strange Days and Quiz Show. So, hopefully those films are on their radar. I hope there will be a Ralph Fiennes film in the collection soon. I guess The Grand Budapest Hotel will be in the collection in a few years. Any opinions here on The Grand Budapest Hotel? I will probably watch it later this week on HBO since they started showing it earlier this week.

Also, any opinions on the Hanzo the Razor film trilogy? The trilogy is currently on Hulu under the Criterion Collection studio section. I plan to check this series out soon because I enjoyed Shintaro Katsu in the Zatoichi series.

If Criterion puts a film on Hulu, does that indicate it will be released by them on blu soon (within 1-2 years)? The only other film without a physical release by Criterion that I have seen on Hulu is Breaker Morant. I wonder how many other films like Hanzo and Breaker are out there on Hulu right now waiting to be released on blu soon.
