And according to this e-mail, which I would like to think is authentic, Criterion does currently (I would assume currently?) have the rights to Stalker, as well as the rest, with the exception of Steamroller, which is why I asked about where its rights would come from.

It might just be an overlook thing. I don't think it's something to worry too much about, since the film stream itself has their logo, it's just missing on the thumbnail. Like I said, just curious—mostly about Steamroller and the Violin, though. It would be a fantastic supplement on a new release.
Ah sorry I aint paying attention lol

there a few Criterion without a logo tbh so who knows, maybe they are still fixing stuff up?

Omg a Tarkovsky boxset please!

(even though UK is probs also getting one... will double dip like Dekalog haha)!

Aguabella, a master of both the bata tradition of drumming, (in the sacred celebrations of the African-derived syncratic sects of Santeria, Abaqua and Yeza), and of the secular conguero tradition. Agubella was born and reared in Cuba, lived in New York and California. He was a figure of great historical influence in Latin jazz, pop and fusion in the U.S. Over his long career, Aguabella recorded with many jazz and Latin music masters, including Frank Sinatra, Peggy Lee, Cal Tjader, Hugh Masekela, Dizzy Gillespie, Tito Puente, and Weather Report — as well as both Carlos and Jorge Santana.

Oh right, it doesn't have the Charlie Show segment with the Three Amigos. I guess that's one incentive to keep my DVD copy.

I'm pretty sure the Criterion logos on the Filmstruck library are not just to identify films from the collection, but rather they show which are part of the optional Criterion subscription tier. Filmstruck always said some Criterion films would be included in the basic $6.99 subscription, so Stalker and Andrei Rublev don't have the logo because you don't need the $4 add-on to watch them. Probably no one on this board bought Filmstruck without the Criterion tier (and why would you ) but I'm guessing anyone that did can't watch the films marked with the CC logo. It has nothing to do with whether CC still has rights to the film or anything like that.

Did you finally move into that spot directly across from Mulvaney's place? Were you able to pick up that new telescope?

I don't use telescopes anymore.

Telescopes are for amateurs.

I'm a professional.

Wish Criterion would add Chan-wook Park to the collection... His film are phenomenal (ok this was my way of going off topic but keeping it on topic :P).

The Handmaiden is probably my favourite release this year, incredible film, funny, dark, beautiful, romantic! Defo recommend to anyone, has a brilliant story that keeps you on your toes!

OldBoy and Thirst are favorites of mine, would love to see Criterion versions of those (or the whole Vengeance trilogy if possible). I'd probably grab I'm A Cyborg But That's Okay if it hits Blu-Ray too, why not?

Can't wait to check The Handmaiden out. I was sad to see it wasn't playing anywhere in this state.

That's actually pretty accurate.

I always turn off the lamp by the bed when I leave.

A lot of stalkers aren't that considerate.

...I've probably saved Mulvaney hundred of dollars on his energy bill.
