The supplement package is particularly good. There's some really good stuff in there and a lot of it focuses not just on the films but Noel Coward in general.

I watched the episode of “The Southbank Show” that is on the Blithe Spirit blu-ray, which is a great supplement about Noël Coward.

I’m very pleased with this purchase with 50% of the viewing experience complete.

This makes me extremely happy but the “new restorations” has me excited and worried. Am I going to have to replace all of my Bergman blus next year?

What Bergman films have had new restorations?
I wish Fanny and Alexander TV version looked as good as the theatrical one.

The traveling exhibit does not include "all" of Bergman's theatrical films.

I'm sure this has been answered several times, but does the Umbrellas of Cherbourg standalone disc have the same transfer and extras as the disc in the Demy box set?

Check iscotties post on the last page for all the details. It says a traveling retrospective of all of Bergman’s films. Newly restored! I wonder when these new restorations actually happened?

The standalone Demy releases are the same discs from the box set, yes.

Is there any chance Alex Cox's Walker (1987) will get a Criterion upgrade. Though I am not in love with the movie completely, I think about it often. I think it's one I would love to add to my collection but wouldn't mind an upgrade to Blu before snagging it.

What's the point? Neither film's transfer was sourced from a 4K scan..
