If it's any indication, one of the announced delayed announcements was July 2016's slate, which was The In-Laws, Carnival of Souls, Night and Fog, Muriel, A Touch of Zen, and The New World's big box, so I'm excited when they ask us to wait a smidge more.

So we are getting the original six Star Trek films on 4K UHD but from Criterion instead of Paramount.

Aside from MATEWAN, I'd also love RETURN OF THE SEACAUCAS SEVEN, especially if Criterion could gather the complete cast for a reunion. Many of them have remained active in various aspects of show business.

Sounds like they are not anxious to do The Lady Eve right away in hopes that better elements might be discovered

I think The Lady Eve will see a release this year with the restoration out.

No way whatsoever Disney allows Song of the South to get released even if its Criterion even if there the one label that could put it in proper context. Also, it hasn't made it to DVD anywhere. Just the VHS in Europe and LaserDisc in Japan.
