Absolutely, I consider The Thin Red Line an absolute masterpiece and far more superior than Saving Private Ryan. Both films came out in 1998, so I had assumed TTRL had come out before SPR, but that's not the case. I'll say 1917 is the best war film since The Thin Red Line!

I might get The Cremator because Criterion's art is more attractive than Second Run's.

I know, I know, a lot of people don't care about stuff like that, but I prefer my covers pretty if I have the choice!
