You're worse than I am. My ability to care about baseball has faded substantially since 1991 but I will still be at least a little happy for either team who wins, they've both been waiting for so long.

I'm pushing for the Cubs, but I would feel bad for either city right now (unless they were overly cocky for some reason).

Hey.... we've had our share of post-season heartbreak. We've actually had significantly more post-season heartbreak in my lifetime than either the Indians or Cubs. Those teams just didn't make it as far

I kind of fell out of love with baseball a few years ago, but this series has reminded me that there's no drama in sports quite like peak baseball drama.

Baseball is the only sport where a team can come back all on its own.

In basketball, the other team has to stop scoring or start turning over the ball.
In football, the other team has to stop scoring, start turning over the ball or screw up onside kicks.
In hockey, the other team has to start turning it over.

In baseball, one team just has to hit enough balls where the other team isn't.
